  • Full payment details are usually processed by our third party payment processor, not stored by us directly

  • Files and records you upload for analysis, such as CSV, XML, XLSX manifests
  • Product descriptions, HS codes, quantities, values, origin and destination countries, and other export related details
  • Any notes, tags, or configuration you add inside the Service

Support and communication

  • Messages you send us by email or through in product chat
  • Feedback and survey responses
  • Other information you choose to provide when you contact us

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain information, such as:

4.2 To Improve the Service

  • Monitor performance and usage patterns
  • Troubleshoot and fix errors
  • Develop new features and enhancements
  • Train or refine models in aggregated and de-identified forms so that no Customer Data is used in a way that identifies you or your customers

  • Send important transactional messages, such as security alerts, password resets, system notifications, and updates about your account
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests
  • Send information about new features, updates, or offers related to the Service, where permitted by law and your communication preferences

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional and service related emails will still be sent where necessary.

The core function of Export Remix is to analyze export related files and generate corrections, scores, and logs.

  • We process Customer Data and manifests solely to provide and improve the Service and to support your account.
  • We may use automated and AI based systems to analyze data for validation, error detection, and correction suggestions.
  • Where we use Customer Data to improve our systems, we do so in an aggregated and de-identified form or in a way that does not identify you or your customers.
  • We do not use Customer Data to train generalized public models that other customers can access in a way that exposes your confidential information.

You remain responsible for the content of the files you upload and for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to include any personal data in those files.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Service and maintain your account
  • Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
