Export Remix is a manifest analysis and compliance platform designed for exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics professionals. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

You retain all rights to the manifest files and data you upload to Export Remix. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Export Remix offers both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is available on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time with notice to existing subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
Each plan includes specific usage limits (e.g., number of manifest analyses per month). Exceeding these limits may require an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Export Remix Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While Export Remix uses AI and real-time data to analyze manifests, we do not guarantee that:
You are responsible for reviewing all corrected manifests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPORT REMIX INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Export Remix Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
